Co-Designing for Impact: FIERCE hosted its First Design Sprint Workshop in Warsaw
During the 2nd FIERCE Project Meeting in Warsaw, partners came together not only to coordinate project progress, but also to actively shape its future through a dedicated Design Sprint workshop, structured into three targeted sessions.
🔹 Design Sprint I focused on co-designing the Ecosystem Building Program, together with local experts, innovation intermediaries and SMEs. This session created space for open dialogue and structured ideation in order to receive strategic feedback from the key stakeholders.
🔹 Design Sprint II was dedicated to streamlining the cascade funding scheme, based on good practices and key takeaways from other EU-funded initiatives. Discussions highlighted challenges in engagement of applicants and the implementation of the financial support, offering valuable input for the FIERCE approach.
🔹 Design Sprint III focused on co-designing the format of the FIERCE Advisory Services Support Program, aiming to make technical topics more accessible to SMEs and identify gaps in existing trainings and tools. This session was implemented in dual mode, with the local participants and the Advisory Board members (online).
The energy across all three sessions was high, with a collaborative atmosphere and a strong sense of shared purpose. Together, the consortium took important steps to ensure that FIERCE’s services are impactful, inclusive, and rooted in real-world needs.
A big thank you to all participants, for their contributions and ideas!
Stay tuned for more updates from FIERCE!
