FIERCE at the S34I Final Conference: Empowering Mining SMEs with Space Data

On June 12, 2025, FIERCE took part remotely in the Final Conference of the S34I Project in Vigo, Spain, hosted at the Museo do Mar de Galicia. The project was presented online by our partner EIT RawMaterials, represented by Michele Rubino, during the “Unlocking the Future of Exploration” session.

The presentation highlighted how FIERCE supports mining SMEs in leveraging downstream space data—such as Earth Observation and GNSS—for safer, more efficient, and sustainable operations. We also introduced our support programs for funding, advisory, and mentorship, including the upcoming 1st Open Call for SME Advisory Services, with a focus on raw materials and circular economy.

By contributing to this high-level event, FIERCE strengthened its connection with the EU raw materials innovation community and reinforced its mission to enable the green and digital transition of SMEs.
